Getting Your Trailer Repaired
We want to get your trailer back up and running as quickly as possible.
Your first point of contact for repairs and technical support is your authorised Futura dealer — they're trained on our products and are best placed to assess and resolve most issues efficiently.
If you're having trouble reaching your dealer, contact us directly through our website. Our team is happy to help troubleshoot, connect you with your nearest dealer, or — where dealer access is limited — work with you directly to arrange appropriate support.
Warranty Repairs If the issue is found to relate to faulty materials or workmanship, it will be covered under Futura's Limited Warranty, provided repairs are authorised and carried out under the guidance of an authorised Futura dealer or a repair agent they approve.
If you're located a significant distance from your nearest dealer, you won't be asked to return the trailer — but dealer authorisation for a repair agent is still required before work begins for the repair to be covered under warranty.
Futura will support your dealer with technical advice and parts where needed.
